Companies aim to link brand experts with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. To deliver a comprehensive solution for the SMS platform, we needed to increase the number of channels available to capture leads on their websites.
For this product feature, we worked closely with the CEO/Founder, who has 25 years of experience in the retail and e-commerce industries. By leveraging his expertise, we gained insight into the scalability and customization needed for these brands to adopt these surveys.
We developed a survey builder that enables brands to quickly launch customized surveys to capture customer interest. The builder offers flexibility for multiple surveys, any number of questions, and customization to fit the company’s brand. The leads collected through the surveys are directed to the Humankind platform, where brand experts can review the gathered information and engage with customers to assist them in completing their purchases.
Over the course of a couple of weeks, we planned and designed the complete end-to-end experience for both the consumer survey and the survey builder. The team had a complete picture of everything required to build and launch this feature.
