The Process
For this product MVP, it was particularly important to stay close to our future users. We held weekly meetings with Jeff Packer, CEO of The Packer Group, who has over 20 years of real estate experience. Listening to his challenges and needs was essential for designing a platform that truly addressed his pain points and helped him grow his business. I collaborated closely with the CEO and founding team throughout the design process.
